Providing tailor-made services
We believe in listening to our clients before advising. Taking the time to understand exactly what each of our client’s needs, concerns and objectives are, allows us to provide our clients with exceptional tailor-made advice and representation that they can rely on. We believe that our clients should not accept anything less.
Where appropriate, we can ensure that your case or instruction is examined by a QC, barrister or solicitor-advocate, so you know the legal advice you receive is of the highest quality. Below are some of the individuals who could consult on your instruction.
We can save you time by arranging appointments: –
- Before and after normal working hours or at weekends
- Through video conferencing
- At your office
We will agree our legal costs with you at the beginning of your instruction so you have the peace of mind to know that there are no hidden costs.
We will also advise you if we believe a forensic expert or investigator could assist you in your matter.
Using forensic consultants and investigators
Our clients’ needs and objectives vary considerably. From time to time it may be necessary to advise a client that it would be prudent to employ the services of an industry expert or investigator such as a forensic accountant or fire safety officer.
We will explain why we believe it is necessary, but will always leave the final decision to you and we will never appoint an expert or case investigator without your approval.
In selecting the right expert or investigator we work closely with a leading consultancy firm such as Emmerson Associates. This has allowed us to ensure that whoever is instructed, has the right credentials and expertise to carry out the work required.
At all times the decision to instruct an expert or case investigator remains with you.
